Child Pose Steps:
Step 1: Start by getting on your hands and knees, and place your hands on the floor in front of you.
Step 2: Bring your buttocks down until they sit on your heels. Let your arms drag on the floor as you sit back. Feel the stretch in your entire spine.
Step 3: Once your bottom is on your heels, place your hands next to your feet and relax. The idea here is to "breathe" into your back. Rest your forehead on the floor. Once you settle onto your heels, bring your hands next to your feet and relax. "Breathe" into your back. Rest your forehead on the floor.
