Benefits of Yoga
The act of keeping the inner and outer parts of the body healthy is yoga, as long as the inner and outer parts of the body are not healthy, no work can be done well. Because body and mind are closely related to each other. If one of these is ignored, the other will not be able to stay healthy.

- Blood in different capillaries of the body can be purified quickly by using different asanas.
- Yoga and pranayama increase circulatory power and thus purify the blood to a great extent.
- Person's life, youth, and health depends on the flexibility of a spinal cord. The asanas allows us to keep the spinal cord flexible.
- Asanas consume very little energy. So doing asanas does not make you feel very tired. That is why yogasanas are called 'Nonviolent Kriya' (Ahinsak Kriya).
- Yoga makes a person charismatic.
- Yogasanas bring peace of mind and develop intellect.
- Yogasana can awaken different glands in the body. So that gland produces the right amount of juice. This juice is mixed in the blood and promotes the balanced development of the body.
- Yoga and pranayama can cure constipation, flatulence, diabetes, blood pressure, hernia, and headaches.
- Physical and mental development is achieved through yogasanas. Apart from that, spiritual development is also possible.
- Older men and women can also do yoga.
