How to do Bodyweight Lunge
Follow each step to master the movement.
Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder's width apart. Step forward with your right foot, while keeping your left foot planted.
Step 2: You will bend your right leg until your right thigh is in line with your knee and parallel to the floor.
Step 3: Return to starting position and repeat for the opposite leg.
Step 2: You will bend your right leg until your right thigh is in line with your knee and parallel to the floor.
