How to do Cobra Stretch

Follow each step to master the movement.

Step 1: Lay down on the floor with your chest and thighs flat to the ground.
Step 2: Place your palms against the ground outside your shoulders.
Step 3: Keep the lower half of your body against the ground but push your upper body up off the ground.
Step 4: Hold for 5 seconds and then lower yourself back down to the ground.
Step 5: This completes one repetition.
