How to do Free Hydrant Right

Follow each step to master the movement.

Step 1: Get down on all fours on the ground.
Step 2: Keep your back flat and raise your right knee slightly off the ground.
Step 3: Lift your right knee directly out to the side as high as you can and then lower it back down.
Step 4: Continue this motion for the desired amount of reps and then switch sides.
