How to do Side Crunches

Follow each step to master the movement.

Step 1: Stand with your feet slightly spread and both hands behind your head.
Step 2: Bend at the waist and touch your right elbow to your right knee and crunch your abs as you do.
Step 3: Stand back up and then crunch to your left side.
Step 4: Rotate back and forth for the desired amount of repetitions.
