How to do Side Leg Circles Left
Follow each step to master the movement.
Lie on your left side in a straight line with legs stacked and toes pointed. Prop yourself up on your right forearm and touch the floor with your left hand for balance. Exhale and lift your legs off the floor and move your heels together and toes apart. Then, draw small circles with your right leg.
