Here is a great recipe for making your own personal pizzas. Break the dough down into three parts to make three personal pizzas, or the dough can also be broken...

View ingredients & steps
Ingredients
  1. 1 tsp. active dry yeast
  2. 1 cup warm water (95 to 110 F)
  3. 1/2 tsp. sugar
  4. 1 tsp. salt
  5. 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  6. 2 1/2 cups bread flour
Directions
  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir in yeast, water, sugar, salt, and oil. Mix in enough flour to make a dough that can be kneaded.
  3. Turn dough out onto the board and quickly knead for 3 minutes, adding more flour if the dough is too sticky to knead.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl and flip dough over in bowl so that dough top is also lightly greased.
  5. Cover and let rise into a warm, draft-free place until it doubles in size, which should take about 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  7. Divide dough into three equal parts. Grease the pizza pan or baking sheet. Press one dough part into a 9-inch circle on greased pan. Put on the sauce and desired toppings.
  8. Bake pizza at in heated oven for about 20 minutes, or until pizza edges are lightly golden. Enjoy!!!
