Lying Isometric Tricep Extension Steps:
Step 1: Grab an EZ-bar with an overhand grip at the first grip positions from the centre out.
Step 2: Lie down on a flat bench face up with hands above your forehead and arms slightly tilted backwards.
Step 3: Begin the exercise by lowering the bar at your elbows without moving your upper arms. Lower bar down until forearms are just past parallel to the floor. Hold this position for the desired time.
Step 4: Reverse the movement back to starting position. This completes one rep.
